With a friendly and accommodating staff available to assist over the phone, any concerns were promptly addressed, making us feel truly welcomed. The clean and comfortable rooms, complete with ample towels and toiletries, provided everything we needed for a restful vacation. The nearby tram station made for easy access to the city center, allowing us to explore all that Florence has to offer without the hassle.
